Somewhere out there
Ejuice at zero nic will not be regulated since it doesn't have any nic, so my thought is just get some nic base in your freezer, buy zero nic juice if it comes to that and add what you need for a nic fix, this is what I do just incase and I also DIY some juice. Hardware seems impossible to regulate because anyone can use 100% PG or VG to vape with no nic and PG & VG are already FDA approved. bnrk

Who knows what the FDA will try? Wasn't it 4 years ago that they tried to get e-cigs declared medical devices? (and lost in court, I'm happy to say!) I don't think, however, that they can get their big mitts on most of the hardware. I do see a big panic buy on DIY supplies coming.

The publicity drumbeat gets louder..USA Today and the Washington Post published articles within the last few days about more teenagers trying e-cigs. It's hard to put the truth out the there when the mass media are spreading half-truths and worse. Nor do I get the "let's ban it because we don't know if it's harmful" logic that so many politicians are using. The "War on Drugs" was a failure, Prohibition made organized crime powerful, and this is supposed to be better how?

Actually, it's not that hard to fight lies if we all do our part. I published this link in fakeBoob...

Well. Opportunity lurks.

I need to buy that mill and lathe I have been wanting for a few years, now.

Hydroponics being used for black-market tobacco. Glassware and scales for lab to extract and concentrate nicotine. "Vaping Bad" becomes a new reality show, and I make a few mil...

I said a little while a go I would buy gals. of 100 mg and become the new al Capone but I think you have the long term answer there, need a partner?

And I have a FEMA camp in the Ozarks to sell you. Really people. Cigarettes are not banned. Taxed into oblivion I guess, but still quite accessible at any store, and online. Want minimal government interference in your lives? I hear you can buy lovely ocean front property in Somalia.

Not really to buy into Marshall law and FEMA camps govt is necessary, but there are those times when government just goes overboard and treats us like children. When they forget they work for us there in lies the problem. Heck I happen to like the roads and bridges the govt provides. I happen to like the electricity that the govt provides. Turning some things over to private industry would be like giving the fox the hen house.....I'm a free as best I can be critical thinker.

With how fast shops are opening all over the country, by the end of the year I wouldn't be surprised if there was juice available in just about every community in America. Everywhere I visit I end up seeing shops that are brand new or opened in the last year. The way this trend is going I don't think I will miss online sales of fluids.

Should we start EFF? Electric Flashlight Forum?

New thread:
"Problems with my Mini Mag Light"

I heard that stacking batteries in a mini mag light might burn my house down!! I heard that children are starting to use mini mag lights and that they're gateways to using larger mag lights!! What should I do?!

The attorney general in florida has been trying her hardest to have the hardware banned in florida. She has put every type of smoking device on her hit list, electronic and analog. Even menthol and flavors, siting peoples fears that kids will buy and use any and all of it. The fear is real and i think justified as our law makers continue push to have laws passed without our acceptance or approval. The Blumberg ideology seems to be the ones in power and they are forcing their views on the masses. I taped aspirins to my cats knees and she still got pregnant. Gosh how did that happen. Lol. Thats funny considering everything you can do on the Daytona Strip, especially during summer break, spring break, and bike week. FL has some of the strictest open alcohol, DUI, and illicit substance laws in the US and yet they are 1 of the top party destinations. You can buy beer in every gas station and super market and the package stores are open until 2am in daytona. They also have some horrible prisons, where the inmates get no AC for weeks at a time for "bad behavior" This year Governor Rick Scott is going to privatize prisoner health care, putting thousands of government workers out of work and handing the largest prisoner health care privatization contract in our nation's history over to Corizon, a company that has a long & unchanging record of sub-standard care, tons and tons of lawsuits, and downright humanitarian abuse of sick ailing and dying prisoners. I have heard FL prisons are on par with South Carolinian & TX prisons. Governor Scott isn't focusing what he should be focusing on & instead he's taking any dollar a lobbyist will hand him. I don't think he cares when it comes to the people living in his state. Sure, if XX says we need to ban e-cigarettes, lets ban them! No skin off my back! Why do the research? Most of my state is elderly people dying of cancer anyway. Lets give more money to the ANTZ and the lung associations and lobbyists.

The only type of "news" I bother with is the New York Times online.......as of this morning, I think I might just drop it. With all the more important issues that our Government could be "doing" (major sarcasm) something about, just throw our tax dollars at something that for all means and purposes does not kill you, the ingredients have are legal, is self administered, bought by adults, does not infringe on other people's rights.......WTH.
Is it me or are most Gov Officials born "Stuck on Stupid?" What other kind of "business" (after all isn't the Government a business) can "shut down" because they didn't figure out a budget!?!?!?!?! What's so hard about making a budget, balancing your checkbook? But, hey, let's hassle these vapers and their product sources.
Why does my state taxes have to go in part for my State Government to sue the Feds for not enforcing their own laws?!?!?! Or for making laws the people of my state don't want? And why does some idiot from Florida or New York, in a government position, have the right to tell the rest of the Nation, "This is the way it's gonna be?"
What happened to common sense and Freedom of choice?
* Sheesh, I have to quit ready the online news...grrrrr*

What happened to common sense and Freedom of choice?

Common sense just isn't very common anymore. Enough people are being raised to believe that the government is a loving parental entity that should look after you and take care of you. They are raised to believe that the government should provide all of your needs and protect you from anything dangerous as well as ensure that you make the right choices for your health and well being. They are then growing up to elect people that run on platforms of creating a Nanny State to do just that.
