Ok so not only does Plume Room have THE most fantastic juice, the customer service is above and beyond!!!
I placed an order last weekend (Sunday) and paid for 2-3 day shipping. I also made sure my order had my new address on the package since I moved a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping to get the package before I went out of town on Thursday, but no such luck.
Anyway, I expected to see it in my mailbox when I got back into town...again, no such luck.
I knew my order shipped on time so I decided to check my tracking, out for delivery!!! YAY!! but then it changed to "forwarded". Weird. But I had just moved and my mail was being forwarded so I didnt worry too much. When I didnt get the package by Saturday and USPS stilled showed "forwarded" I decided that I had better try contacting USPS and Andrea at the Plume Room for help.
I sent an email to USPS asking for help and was told I would get a reply in 2-3 days...grrrr! I want/need/hafta have my yummy juice!!! So, I emailed Andrea and explained that my tracking number went from "out for delivery" to "forwarded" and that I realized it was a shipping issue and not anything that she did, but could she help me track it down. (I have never dealt with a lost package before and all my shipping experiences have been quite postitve...knock on wood)
Andrea replied that she made the mistake and sent it to my old address and my post office was sending it soon. She also included a discount code for my trouble.
WOW!!!!! I am amazed!! She totally could have blamed USPS and I would have been totally fine with it since I figured it was from my recent move. She didnt have to admit it was her fault and she definitely didnt have to send me a discount code. BUT....she did!!! How awesome is that???
