Plume Veil or Cerberus or other (Clones) and 26650 mod suggestions

I am wondering which rda would be best for me, I currently have a v5 clone on an mvp 2.0 which is kind of ....ty. I want huge clouds, I don't want to spend more than $20, I will probably buy a hades or other cheap 26650 clone from fasttech to use with this and mnke imr 26650s, mod suggestions are welcome again it should be cheap <$30. I have a Hades 26650, started with a 26650 style Tobh and it was alright, not bad but still not as good as my 18650 Omega in my opinion, but then got the Cerberus when the clone came out, and I can tell you it's definitely amazing! Did a complete 180° on my Hades. I love it, tri-coil set-up, big clouds, lots of airflow, great flavor, it's awesome. I couldn't think of anything better on my Hades now. I haven't tried the Plume Veil, but the Cerberus is definitely recommended.

With the Tobh there was a little, nothing major, but I haven't seen anything noticeable out of my Cerberus yet.

I only have experience with 26650 30mm attys/mods, but I grabbed a 26650 4nine and 30mm Tobh and set up a quad coil (dual coil stacked) that puts out some nice clouds and decent flavor.

The shiny finish kinda puts me off though.

Yeah, mine has a flat finish, looks a lot better, not a big fan of the shiny on that.
