I think if you give your user name and real name and address

the ones you had on the old site -

it will be good enough

of course it will help if you use the same info on the new site too

I had silver status with them since they gave forum members an easy upgrade option as a perk to forum members. Any chance of a bonus upgrade or a easy route to silver status?? I really want to switch vendors and that would seal the deal. Thanks for your help! Also is your juice vg? And do you sell unflavored for DIY? Thanks

Sorry no easy upgrades,

everyone starts off as regular member and upgrades are based on your purchased points gained,
points are auto awarded, and member status auto upgraded also.

The juice is PG right now

will have both in the near future.

we had no choice --

the site was hacked many times over the past weeks,

and the last attack was brutal and destryed the site-

we had no choice but to change server, and get a new website - ready or not -

we had to --

but your points will be transferred and added to your member status,

and as you progress with your orders and points
you will upgrade member status
and get even better prices on all your purchases.

And the points are worth more now also - $1 =1 point.

I think I will actually like the status thing better with a set discount . I have a tendency to never use things like points because I might run out, then they usually run out, expire or get hacked by jerks LOL. . I don't use all my juice either cause I might run out. hehe God forbid I get below 30 new cartos on hand :::shivers:::: I just don't like to use things up and run out. Maybe I am just a control freak LOL
And here is a random thought. I am glad there are soft tip 510 cartos now.

Just to make certain I understand how this works. I will get a gift card for the roughly $5 I had on the old site. Do my orders from the old site count toward my purchase points or just from the new site?

The way I understand is we get a gift card for the old balance and the points start over at the new site. But I could be wrong.

you will receive a gift card for all previously earned points transfered from the old site

then with all purchases on the new site your will get points which will upgrade your member status.
