today I am the proud owner of a Poldiac UMA edition and Short DID Polished SS Atty:
all i gots to say is "WOW"...this thing blows my socks off!!! worth every hard earned cent!!!!!

hey....for any did owners out there....did yours come with a fill screw? it has the threads but no screw??? open fill hole like zen attys...is that normal?

amazing mod....i list mine on the signature and this is the hardest hitting by far (least voltage drop) i got the 650 for longer battery life...
i settled for the short did cuz they didnt have the standard in stock and hooked me up with juice at a B & M in LA....

Got the DID setup, Holy Crap! I'm gonna have to lower my nicotine level again. Might have to lower my VG levels too while driving. I won't be able to see where I'm going!

poldiacs are modular so try looking in the accessories page to find replacement pants and shirts. I ordered a satin poldiac but could by the extra polished pieces to make it all polished. very versatile in that respect.

The did does have a fill screw, you can order extras from the MMV site if you need them

thanks everyone for the congrats and im glad to be a part of a wide circle of vapers that love this mod...ive been using it all day (without the fill screw) i bought it at the vapor spot- a B&M in Los Angeles that carries it and the DID in stock- at only one location....not much more than the website....so i just went in the shop and picked the finish that i like- they had like 8 in stock and i really liked the matte brass or whatever the name for that finish is....2 tone, unfortunately they didnt have the standard did but they said it was their mistake for not givin me the fill screw and i can stop by tomorrow to pick one up no prob....i was MAD for a sec there...
yeah i lowered my nic level to 18 from 24 with this purchase- lol....this mod...imho...is the best piece of vaping equipment i have ever laid my hands on...
im also looking forward to later ordering extras from the website- to change the look, etc....get a glass tank, and i was told i can upgrade to the did standard by changing tank size or something, its great that parts are interchangeable (modular)...

Anyone know how to tell amperage rating on batteries?
i was cautioned not to use the 3400 mah panasonics with sub-ohm mechs cuz im pulling too many amps,
anyone know more specifics?
suggestions?
how do i know how many amps i pull from a 4.2 volt battery @ .7 ohms... (25.2 watts) on a fresh charge?

so i pull 6 amps @ 4.2 volts under a .7ohm load...
amps= volts/resistance...simple enough...
which batteries are rated for around 7 amps?

theres a great post on another forum: test of overload trip current in 18650 batteries- proving exactly what i was cautioned..
i guess i gotta go out and buy aw 650's cuz the ones i got arent giving me the voltage under a 6 amp load...

Seen bad things happen with other batteries so I try to play it safe.

And I buy them all from Light Hound, decent prices and super fast shipping. Oh and always in stock.

thanks, for now i got 2 efest 18650's 2000 mah- read that they were also 10-12 amp rated like the aw's, plus they r high drain imr's so that should be ok until i get tha cash to get aw's. im not using the panasonic or samsung from evic for mechs anymore...lol....
