Polycarbonate atomizer gets white

Hi, I use a V2 pro series 3 for vaping, last Sunday I cleaned my cartridge following a dry burn procedure, was the second time I did it with this atomizer, but this time I used hot water, really hot at boiling point, the next day I saw that the polycarbonate turns fuzzy white, is this normal? The atomizer seems to work just fine and I didn't note any change in the flavor of my juice I only vap with Tabaco flavors, my question, it's safe for me to continue using this atomizer or I change it?
