I hear your plea,i guess that everyone is at work.they'll be around before long to give a helping hand!! i don't use the 2 cr123's at 6V. The power being supplied to 6V's must be alot, and enough to pop an atty! i know other folks here use the 2 battery cr123 option and they'll help you get through this setback!!
:lol::lol::lol::lol: i hear you. im at work too. waiting for 5 so i can go home.:p:p

I have popped attys on my Chuck at 6v but that does seem a bit fast. I did have the same thing happen with a 901 but not the 510s. I never tried 901s again at 6v after that experience. I now use mostly cartomizer and they hold up fine to 6v although they have a very warm vape. I do 5v mostly as I like it much better.

Is your chuck a 901 connector? are you using an adapter for the 901s? I see you are using one for the 510s. The reason I ask sometimes the center post on these adapters short out like the 510>801s which will pop attys fast.

I havent heard of a 801>510 center post insulator problem or a 901>510.

Anyways. you need to get some HV attys. PM Nerf for Info or see East Mall. They now carry them. I think Nhaler will have them soon too..

Also be sure your connector on the Chuck feels tight and isnt shorting.

Other than that some attys just pop quickly but that does seem odd to just pop right off the bat..
