Yeh, thought it might be too so I stopped drinking cafeinated beverages after around 2:30/3:00 in the afternoon. Helps a little but, then again I could drink one right before bed in the past and go out like a light.![]()
Caffeine has a long half life - I think it's around 6 hrs (+/-). I stopped drinking coffee after my morning cups. Around supper time - it's stickily decaf.
I can still drink some java right before bed and it doesn't seem to affect me........
One of the lucky ones. A good friend could have a cup of full strenght coffee at 10pm and be sound asleep by 10:15. He enjoyed a cup of coffee before bedtime. Yikes!
