I had the PNY portable charger.

Walmart had some good portable chargers during Black Friday, but I decided not to get them. When home, I have electrical outlets. In car I have my car chargers. If out of town my hotel has outlets.

If I camped a lot or did more wilderness type sports I would probably get one. Maybe for power outages where I can't use my truck?

But they are lithium ion fixed and eventually run out.

To me, why not just have another APV that you can charge things with, that you can also vape on? There are mods that also charge things. They are also just eventually disposable...........

.......and these battery packs have to be charged themselves. when I owned one I felt like I just had one more thing I had to remember to charge

I have a similar unit that I take camping as a backup charger for all sorts of electronic devices, including pv's. Works like a charm.

Racehorse is correct that an MVP or the like would be more multipurpose, but we're talking 12k MaH versus 2.6k in about the same form factor.

If I didn't camp, I likely wouldn't have the need, tho.
