Hi people! I am going to a 4 day festival where there is no power to charge USB devices. I have looked and there are so many portable chargers for phones and tablets that will last for a few days. The problem I have is that not many seem to state if the unit will axtaully charge Ecig batteries and I am now confused with output and the amh or other tech stuff... Can anyone advise the best portable charger that will charge ecig batteries and last for four days??? Help!!!

What size and type of battery are you using/trying to charge?
Most "power banks" that will support a phone or tablet will also work just fine with a Puffer.

If you have access to your car, you can buy one that plugs into your cigarette/cigar lighter. They output 5v @1-2Amps to a USB port.
Get a solar rechargeable battery. Leave it in the sun near a window. You can plug it in at home before the trip and have it ready to go. Amazon has tons.
When i go on extended surf fishing trips i take my trusted Innokin MVP which not only lasts for days of vaping but also charges my MP3 players and phones .
My LUC charger came with a car charger cord and can also be plugged in to anything with a USB. It works great plugged into the power port in my car.
I would get a power bank. It's just a battery whether it's charging a phone or an ecig the batteries are very similar.

Solar is so insufficient unless you have a panel the size of a refrigerator door. It would take days of charging off one of these mini panels to change a cellphone battery. I definitely wouldn't rely on that.
