I found this through ThinkGeek's newsletter:

ThinkGeek :: Universal Gadget Wrist Charger

I emailed ThinkGeek about it since the output is not listed on the site.

Apparently, it has a mini-usb end on it and has an output of 1500mAh (enough to run just about any passthrough) according to the manufacturer and the email I just received from ThinkGeek.

Anyone want to give this a try? Comes with a bunch of adapters for other devices it's supposed to charge as well.

Out of stock now, will e-mail me when they have them and I will try and let you know.

Ya gotta love ThinkGeek :D
In regards to portable power for USB Passthroughs, I have had a great experience with the Kennsington Power Pack. VERY small pack with about 2000mAh @ 5v. Has a USB port for power going out and a mini usb port for power going in, and you can keep it on charge while using it. I have chained it this way both with powering a passthrough and with charging my iPhone. Never had an issue with it. Anyway, just my $0.02. Peace!
