I need to get a tip for the privadero, how does that work with the screw? Which one do I get?

Actually, any drip tip will work. The angle of the needle nose tip is a little wonky when you go to fill the tank through the fill hole with some drip tips - so you'd just remove the drip tip before filling the tank through the fill hole.

Frankly, the biggest concern that I have with the Privadero (now that the obscene drip tip has been replaced), is that one of these days I am certain that I will misplace the tiny little screw that goes into the fill hole on the top cap. I need to be sure that the Privadero isn't the tank that I am using if it is going to be one of those nights. *cough* Friday night wine night *cough*

If you are talking about the brass ring that is sitting between the tank and the ProVari, that is from TrevVapor. You can get it either as part of the Prorogatio extension set or with the Cingulum Compleo. It is gorgeous, isn't it?

You know what, I apologize. I have been using the Sophia exclusively now since I first got her, and she sits a few mm higher than the top of the top cap of the tank (the Sophia is more the length of an XL carto). With a standard sized cartomizer (one that would sit flush with the top cap of the Privadero), I can see why a drip tip with a wider base than the carto would be problematic. Sorry.

Any drip tip that is straight at the bottom will work. The KirF Zantos or "The Ball" are good examples. The IBTanked Rook drip tip and most "vase" shaped tips wont work.

baghandler may be saying any drip tip because the sophia extends above the top of the tank by 10mm. if you use a regular carto your DT will be flush with the top.

Most drip tips on these KirF tanks end up like he one on the right :(

Wow! Out of all my tips only that one kinda fits...that is a little sad, we need to look for a custom one....

Agreed. and probably looks best on a satin or black ProVari.

I wish it had air holes though. Do you get no airflow if you make it completely flush?

Maybe… lol. Man I love this tank so much.

As for airflow I just position my Sofia far enough out of the tank to give it just a .5mm gap to let the air in.

Edit.

I think that's an acceptable gap and there is adequate airflow.
