Nic may get more expensive and only be offered in lower mg in the future. That is my fear, limiting strength of nic you can order.
Order only the highest mg you are comfortable with using. If that is 100mg(which is what most of us here do) then be sure to take the necessary cautions, ie. using gloves, possibly goggles, mix near a sink, etc. If you buy some that is higher than you are comfortably using then you will be nervous and possibly make mistakes.(not good)

@mikepetro has graciously made a simple calculator so that we can easily figure how much nic we need to purchase to last for xx years. Hopefully he will be along shortly with a link.( I will also hunt for it) It is really easy to use. Just figure what amount of nic you now consume each day when vaping and plug in those numbers. ie. If you vape 2 5 ml tanks of juice a day, then use the mg in that to figure

....3mg x 10ml(2 tanks) = 30mg daily.

I guess I'll have to investigate this because I do not know how to make e-liquid. Seems like I'm going to have to learn. Where do I buy PG VG Nic and flavors?

I get all my PG/VG/nic and Flavors from nicotineriver.com

Here is how I do it, and it's really easy (I color coded the numbers to show where they go at in the next calculation):

Say you vape 8ml of 6mg/ml liquid per day and want to stock up on 100mg nic base for 10 years:

6 / 100 = .06 (percentage of nic in your liquid)
8 * .06 = .48 (ml of 100mg nic is needed per day)
.48 * 365 = 175.2 (ml of 100mg nic is needed per YEAR)
175.2 * 10 = 1752 ml total.

If you want to convert the ml total to Liters then divide by 1000:
1752 / 1000 = 1.752 Liters

You might want to make clear the 100 you are dividing at is the 100mg. Others that may use a lowered mg can plug that new mg in to get the correct %

From Puerto Rico? Haven't a clue. Mixing in and of itself is easy, finding what flavors and recipes that work for you is trial and error. I have yet to mix anything unvapeable. Not always what I'm aiming for but good enough to get me through and each mix teaches me something.
Youre lucky then, lol. One of my first experiments was unvapeable. At least by me. I gave it to a friend who agreed it was nasty but he said he vaped it anyway when he had nothing else.

I researched and read/watched videos for months before starting. You've had some great successes don't forget.

you can freeze the nicotine as received and that is probably all you need to worry about stocking up on anyway. PG and VG that the nic is in doesn't expand in the freezer.

Flavors may depending on what they are in but most are alcohol or pg and also not a problem. But flavors are very unlikely to ever be banned as they are not just vaping supplies. Same with PG or VG.....not going to be banned

A 60 ml bottle of ejuice costs around $20 to $30 here. A lot of that is tax already. State of CA hits it with 65% tax on wholesale level. The city adds another tax at the wholesale level, don't know the percent. SF also bans flavors of Cigarettes and ejuice other than tobacco. This isn't currently enforced due to lawsuits and a pending ballot issue to overturn it.

Our illustrious head city supervisor has publicly stated that the flavor ban is necessary to protect minorities from themselves. She say minorities are unable to resist menthol and fruit flavors.

Banning flavors "for the kids"?
