Vape mail today!! My last two packages arrived. A couple of tanks and some batteries. The tanks are from FT and were not due until this Friday. Came early - surprise, surprise!!

Edit: One of the tanks was a serpent mini. I really like the looks of it. And it came with all kinds of spare parts, even 2 screws and 3 coils! I feel like it's Christmas!

Vape mail week after those Labor Day sales. Got more nic today (some "ultrapremium" nic from Heartland on a 50% off sale), some odds and ends from Amazon tomorrow, another tank on Thursday, and probably a new mod from VapeNW on Friday. Some flavors from BCV in there too, not sure the day. That worked out well.

Oh, and some FT and Gearbest packages swimming across to surprise me when I open the mailbox not expecting anything. Best part of the surprise will probably be not remembering what I ordered in the first place.

That was me today trying to remember what thanks the spare glass was for. I have a big cart of nothing but spare glass to order from heavengifts at some point. I sure hope they label what all the glass is for unlike FT that lets you figure it out on your own.

When I was sorting out stuff and getting it all put away I came upon two packages of glass tanks (5 each) which I have NO idea which tanks they go to Its a good thing we don't have a million different tanks I still haven't gone through comparing the glass to the tanks we have to figure out which they belong with, its on my "to do list" for a rainy day

Just an FYI... I've read from a few posts on FT where folks received spare glass and it didn't fit. After reading that I always check. I don't check each and every one but I do try at least one to make sure it fits.

Yep, you do have to be careful when ordering clone glass from FT as its not always sized correctly. I only order authentic glass and knowing "about" when this glass came neither was a first time order but repeats of what I'd ordered previously just to add to my stash. They could have made a mistake in what they sent me but I'm not too worried about that happening and I'll figure out which tank it goes to long before ordering more would be a problem.

I had 4 Fasttech orders arrive on Friday and 3 today. Some were ordered 5 weeks ago, others 3. All placed on different days.

The lack of rhyme and reason with FT shipping times drives me crazy sometimes.

All products arrived intact, which is all that matters.

It has very little to do with FT. It is all about Canada Customs. There are 3 cities where FT shipments will clear. Back when you still had decent tracking it wasn't uncommon for a package to sit in Richmond for a month then it is a week by road.

I don't even bother trying to track FT packages. They just show up when they show up. They always do in any case...

That is usually the time of transport to the US. Now whether is on a plane or by slow boat, who knows. Usually shows up in 5 to 7 days.

Yep, the only one I ever watched out for was my first one since it was the start of a new experience...

I track 'em if they're high value. I custom-made mod shipped to me this summer that I'm really glad I did track it. The day it was supposed to arrive, it turned up "Undeliverable as addressed" in the system. Now I know the vendor had my address right, 'cause I'm a repeat customer of his. So late that afternoon, I went to the local post office with the tracking and some whiskey, tango, foxtrot questions. The supervisor spent some time in the back and found my package for me. Turns out it had been mis-sorted onto the wrong route/truck that morning. That driver then fat-fingered the wrong status into the system and it was going to be returned to the sender.

That's happened to me several times. Last time I went down to the PO the super told me there wasn't a code for put on the wrong truck. So the drivers just pick another code, like undeliverable as addressed - return to sender. There's another one I've seen a couple of times.

I don't know if that is true. Maybe they don't set up codes on the system for anything under the heading of "we screwed up". Or maybe there is a code for put on the wrong truck and drivers don't like to use it because someone might get dinged.

I was also told that packages this happens to will be put on the truck again the next day regardless of the code. I always go down to the PO in the morning if I can though.
