Post-Combustion Tobacco flavor? Does it exsist?

I get the impression that most e-juices that simulate tobacco flavor are simulating something more like taking a whiff off the top of a freshly opened pack of smokes. I'm wondering if anyone has made an e-liquid that tastes more like the smoke that results from actually igniting an analog. Hoping for something that replicates that carcinogenic goodness with all of that burnt chemical glory.

Any ideas?

I personally don't think you'll ever find a perfect match for the taste of an analog because of all the complexities of the flavor. Remember that a burning analog consists of the byproducts of burning tobacco, burning paper, plus whatever additives where used in the manufacturing process. There are some estimates that there are over 4000 chemical compounds created by the actual combustion process so its pretty tough to recreate the exact taste.

There a lots of good tries, but I gave up trying for a duplicate taste. With this mindset it makes it a little easier to try different flavors and may actually help break the analog habit. It works for me, so far I haven't had the urge for an analog yet, even at the times I would most crave a smoke.

I guess it would be theoretically possible to capture tobacco smoke in a PG base... But would you want to? As it will contain most of the crap most of us are trying to avoid!

I find Dekang tobacco's like "USA Mix" have more of a cig like flavour and mouth feel while many others taste rather like the smell of fresh tobacco (I like both types!) or have something more like a hookah tobacco taste. But really none of them accurately get the "smoke" flavour which is the result of actual burning. Given time, you might actually grow to prefer the taste of the vapour.

Thank you all for the input on this concept.. I am only on my 3rd day vaping now so have really been in a tough transition phase where I feel like the ecig is making me sick but I still want an analog. I was thinking if I had a really close replication of the regular flavor maybe I could "trick" my mind better into the conversion. However, tonight, I think my body is finally starting to come around. I've been vaping heavily on the low resistance cart with some altsmoke strawberry-banana VG which was originally just making me very sick feeling. Tonight it's actually giving me a good amount of relief from analog desire and a more pleasurable experience. I need to work out better solutions to the carto/cart/drip situation as I would say that all methods are very much in need of improvement. I can't seem to get either the cart-on-atty or customizer to keep the heating element wet very long, when I refill, it doesn't want to take but a few drops. Grrrrr....

^What SlowTalker said. You might also want to look into the auto feeder mods. I don't have any experience with those so can't offer any opinions.

I smoked and vaped for a few months but, when I finally gave up those last few analogs/day, I sometimes chain vaped. Attys ran hot, ran dry, couldn't keep up with never being allowed to sit and rest for a while. So I kept 2 eGos loaded and rotated between them. Sometimes they were the same flavor but, most of the time, I had one loaded with a strong flavor like cinnamon, mint, TV's Tastyfinger and the other one had a light flavor or something fruity. I am sure my eyes glowed and my hair stood out straight from my head, like a deranged fiend... puff, puff, puff. It's smooth sailing these days but, there for a while, it was a rough passage.

You're doing great. You'll find the flavors and methods that worst best for you, the more you tinker around with it.
