I'm sure they're legit Imren batteries, but they are nowhere near 35-40 amps. Rewraps such as Imren are overpriced and overspeced batteries, potentially dangerous when people use them according to the rating printed on the wrapper.

I decided RT was aligning himself suspiciously with certain manufacturers too closely and recommending suspect gear a couple years ago and stopped paying attention to him.
Also, his videos are insufferably annoying, not less than chewing aluminum foil. Fifteen seconds or so of that seizure inducing drivel and my teeth are clenched. Video editing is a tool, not a lifestyle, and his software should be confiscated. Leave the jump cuts to Kurosawa.
Nice to see he's graduated from "probably shady" to "shill", and that my suspicions have not yet been disproven.

I'm getting more and more dissapointed with reviewers. Not saying that Rip is a shill, but he and many, many popular reviewers seem to be overly positive about most of the stuff they review. That might be due to them choosing to mostly upload reviews of stuff the like (having done book reviews I know that it's much more enjoyable to do that). The other option is that they simply present stuff (that's actually what Rip seems to do), making the videos little more than presentational advertisments for new gear.
However, that's not the main reason I'm dissapointed. I'm dissertation due to reviewers being so ignorant about basic things kind batteries and wires. When a person like me, who knows barely nothing, seems to have a greater knowledge things are in a really sad state.
