it vapes really frigging good, by far my favourite of the builds i've copied from him, if i was going to pick a build for a vape comp this would be it, and the flavour is so intense.
no it didnt really pop, only after a sleep period it was popping which seems to be normal for alot of builds.
EDIT: I changed the wicks and no popping just smooth and strong
I dont think there would be a lot of dif but i made mine with 24ga nichrome and 30ga A1 kanth, i first tried with 32ga A1 but it was really hard to tell if the wire was claptonning down parallel onto the mainwire, and seemed like to much of a challenge for the naked eye

In the vid the guy shows you to put parallel wire's in a vise to be able to wrap your ribbon over the top but i did it the faster way as you would a fused clapton, so long as you start off with your ribbon trapped between the parallel wires inside the chuck.
And on my Jug Coil i used 0.9x0.1 ribbon on 2x 24g nichrome
Failing that my next favourite build is dual parallel sleeper, one nichrome one A1 kanthal. which turns it into a staged build.

So I was playing around tonight.......
Don't know what to call this, but it reminds me of anchor chain
It's 24 and 28 gauge twisted, then the results of that twisted together. Built it sleeper coil style around .2 ohm.

Yep and then you will find one that just rocks your world and stick with it. At least that is what I did with the tidal wire coil.
The coil I posted above doesn't quite rock as much as a Clapton.....but comes close, and takes about a tenth of the time to build

if you like a challenge make yourself a 'staggered fused clapton'... by far the hardest wire ive tried to make... i may try making more in a couple of week's when the skin on my thumb grows back

thanks man ... i gave the "staggered fused clapton" a try and it performs amazing but it looks like .... since my drill has only two speeds .. extremely slow or insanely fast lol
Ok. Slippy been on me for awhile. My first Clapton, but Infinity coil. Instead of using 1 strand I used 2 like the start of the Staggered Clapton. It was much easier to do 2 wires instead of 1. Not my prettiest coil but I tried. 24 ga with 28.
The Lancia with all 4 air holes opened up. I have the largest pistons installed. Im using 26 ga kanthal quad coils wrapped on 1/8" allen wrench. I used one piece of wire for each side, built in series but the middle leg in the positive post so it's parallel . The ohms sit at 0.19 giving me almost 93 watts on my mech mod. The heat flux (268 mW/mm2... a nice burnt orange color on steam engine) is a little cooler than I usually use , but the lancia is limited with air flow even with the chuff top. It still chucks some serious overcast while maintaining great flavor !
And here is my 26650 tohb running quads @.15ohms, 117 watts. Im using 24 ga in this build . It takes a while to ramp up with a heat capacity @56mj k , but the clouds start to flow after a few hits, and the nic buzz is off the charts, even with 3mg max vg juice. I can't hold this one too long or i have to strip and lay down lmao.

i've seen two names for that coil setup unless i'm confused, ive seen crazy8 aswell as infinity or is there a dif?
The only thing ive done close to that is something called a double barrel shotgun

Kanger Subtank Mini RBA section. Single twisted 26ga Nichrome 80, 5 wraps 2.5mm, wicked with cellucotton, 0.32ohm. Even at 3.6v this vape is warm and dense. I officially went thru 3 tanks with this coil yesterday since opening the box for this tank.
Nothing fancy for me. Just my go to flavor build as of late.

Man, beautiful coils but it must take what, 2-3 minutes for that thing to get up to mach 1?
