If that was for me, its working great, like most of my juices with mesh but got some that i like on eko to. Need another dripper, switching to often at the moment. Its 28awg, feels like sub ohm but im not sure wat it is exactly.

please tell me you are using a Multi-meter before you fire up a new coil. If you dont what it is resistance wise you should be firing your mod with it.
Nah, i use only mech mods with my gens and dripper and MNKE's, they wont fry, wont be any lower then 0.8 and they can handle more then that. Usualy i use 30 awg, then im around 1.0 -1.1 ohm, now with 28 i not sure wat it is.
Can understand people use Multi meters but i would go nuts if need to use that all the time, dont have one.

MNKE or not, a multimeter can cost less than one of your batteries you run. Its a safety precaution and a necessary one if you build your own coils.
I think you realy overestimating howmany people run around with a multymeter in there pocket or even use one at home. But as said i understand that some people use them. Thank you for the tip. I guess you dont like the pulse oxidation either then?

I'm going w Monoxide on this one... You build enough coils, you know within .2 ohms what the resistance is going to be with out using a meter. At this point, I meter my coils just to see how close I am to what I was shooting for, but that's usually after I've dry fired and adjusted my coils. Fact is a good LiMn 18650 will pop a bad coil long before it suffers anything close to damage.
Metering is definitely a good idea but not metering isn't exactly Russian Roulette either... Especially if you're an experienced builder using high drain batteries.

Yep I have never ever used a meter but then again a do fully check to make sure nothings touching were it should not be.

Dual wick synthesis on a BBM 490. Works out to 0.6 ohms on 1/16th cable and hits like a truck.
30 kanthal on nextel xc116 @ 1.8ohms
made this yesterday, wasn't very impressed
after a day of vaping it's amazing, I like the flavor and vapor production more than mesh
2.3 ohm micro coil using 30 ga Kanthal A1 and a 14ga blunt tip luer lock needle as a mold. About 18 wraps. Then a wick of rolled cotton is threaded thru. Vapes similarly or better than a 1 ohm old school coil.
No idea what the resistance is but this is by far the best build I did on the Immortalizer. It's not battery friendly but it's definitely a quality vape. .32 Kanthal and 2mm Silica.
Cobra, micro coil with 1/8th slotted FC-2000 ceramic wick, 28 gauge Nichrome, 12 wraps, 1.9 ohms.
