Posting a mod with royal mail

Just wondering can I send a mod with royal mail from UK to UK?
I have a Pico device to send .


My mod does not have batteries supplied .

No problem,posted many.
They only refuse if the package contains some form of battery.
I have posted with batteries and packages where always received,but if you declare,they will probably refuse to accept.
