how do you post photos in threads? I'm using an iPhone 6s and I tried to attach a file from my phone and it said the file was to large?

its not allowing me to post a photo from my iPhone, I tried to upload a file but it told me my file was too large. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I could use some help.

I do not know what the problem was but you might try and resize it, and cut down the file size. I do not use Apple products so I do not know which application you would use to do that with but there must be one available for free from Apple.

I've always uploaded my pix to Imgur or similar and simply post a link using "Large Thumbnail" option. An easy way to do it which works on just about every forum I've ever been on.
If it's too large, it's too large. Phone photos tend to be rather hefty and we limit images to be 1024K in size. Upload it to a site like Imgur and then link the photo from there.
Thanks folks, I actually found that if I screen shot the photo it takes away from the size quite a bit. So that's an easy solution if you see anyone else with the same issue.
