Did you go all the way to the end of the checkout? As long as it has been added to the cart you'll be fine. I know what you mean, it makes you think you're not getting the discount - but the revised total doesn't show until the end of the checkout. At least that's how it worked for me today.
Yup, went all the way to the end and the code was there with the option to remove it. I figured it would calculate at the end as well but the invoice was not correct. The hold on my CC account is also for the incorrect amount. I've got a ticket started to we'll see how things progress.
If you submitted a ticket it will get taken care of. If you don't hear back, let me know and I'll make sure it gets done.

I just placed another order (that I really don't need). I thought it wasn't giving me the 40% neither because it wasn't down in the subtotal, but when I looked at each indidvidual item in my cart, they had been reduced by the 40%. I also had to add the V4LUCK4 coupon to get 40% off the USA Nobacco juices. In the end, I'm pretty sure my order worked out right.
Here I go again... If it's 12.30pm Saturday 17th here, and it's 8.30pm Friday night in V4Lland, um, I think I missed the 40% but could still get 35%?

I'm used to the discount appearing at the bottom after the total so I didn't even notice the item amounts. My bad. Anyway, I responded to the ticket I sent in and told them everything's cool and disregard my ticket. Thank goodness they're good at suffering fools!
