Hi there, currently working on my first OKL2-T20 box. I opted to put the potentiometer up top next to the 510. The potentiometer I am using is a Piher 1K . I will post pics of the potentiometer I'm using as well as the wiring diagram to which I am following. According to the diagram, two of the legs on the pot must be joined together and run to ground. My question is, on my specific potentiometer, which two legs are joined? I am assuming the two bottom ones in the picture however, I would just like some confirmation on this before soldering. Thanks! PT10_PIHER.jpgokl2-t20-basic-wiring.jpg

I expect that you want to connect the center/upper pin and one side to ground. That one is probably the wiper which sees a variable resistance to both other pins. The two end/lower pins are on opposite sides of the variable resistor and will have a constant resistance between them. Which of the two lower pins you connect will set the direction of the turn to increase power.
You should use a meter to check the pot and make sure I am correct. I haven't built one of these mods.
