Has anyone found a nice nylon or leather pouch for their tubular mod (Lavatube in particular)?

Looking for one that I can attach to my belt, preferably without a Flap so that it's readily accessable. One about 1-1/8 in diameter and 7 in long would be perfect.

Been looking at Flashlight Pouches, but can't find one that matches the mod sizes.

I found that site, and I've sent him a message since the LavaTube has a button that protrudes from the side, and on his site he states that the devices fit "tight" to prevent their falling out.

He also does not list the LavaTube in the pull down selection.

I'll post what I find out. Not opposed to that price for a good leather case as banging things around at Rodeos is tough.

Thanks for the reply.

Military surplus stores are also a good place to look - I found a nice canvas pouch for my REO Grand at this one here in Phoenix, I think it cost all of a buck from a box of assorted stuff, and I just cut the flap off. There's lots of military flashlights, so I'm sure they'd have something to hold 'em.

I've submitted a request to Serenity Gear for a Drop Style Open Top Holster with strap for my LavaTube. Might be pricey, but the craftmanship looks like it's worth it.

I might drive down early on the 28th and check out the Surplus place before the Meet. Thanks for that tip.

If you get it before the meet, please bring it along and show it off! I'm debating getting one myself, but I'm also debating getting rid of my full-sized lavatube and getting one of the copper minis instead - I don't use it as my primary mod, it's just for sampling flavors at meets and when I'm DIY'ing up new concoctions. One decision will make the other. Eventually. :)

I PM'd Time and gave him the specs on what I wanted. A drop style in brown with all the dimensions. Yesterday he showed me a picture of it, as he had already made it. It's in the mail, and I'll post a picture when I get it. Tim is awesome.

Hope this image makes it.
