Guess I got caught up in the whole HG2 vs HB2 debacle I couldn’t see the forest for the trees. My bad
So you moved onto the Drag 2? How do you like it (sans power drop)?

They are brown wraps
The cells that were in the drag when i was having the issue were removed and put into the inokin proton and tested The result was the same. I have a second set of lg’s that i tested in the drag and they were fine.
I agree with Topwater. Although reputable vendors such as IMR do their best to source authentic brand name batteries, sometimes counterfeits still fall through the cracks. Counterfeiters keep getting better and better at their craft, and sometimes the only way to determine if batteries are indeed fake is to have them analyzed with sophisticated test equipment.Large sources being duped has happened a few times before. Main point is, if you have determined the batteries are causing the problem, Stop using them.
Sounds like the problem followed the cells to a different power device.

Just placed an order for samsung 25r’s from IMR. My first set of LG’s seem to be fine so im gonna recycle the faulty pair. Hopefully dashvapes will credit me for this month old set. Thanks
Do you know what happens to the order if customs regects it?Dashvapes have a 30 day warranty on their batteries. You mentioned earlier they were a few months old.
And just a heads up – batteries are considered dangerous goods, if customs feel they do not meet Canadian shipping regulations, they will deny shipment
They worked out cheaper by maybe 2$. Dashvapes has still to get back to me about there cells. I mispoke when i saidthey were a few months old. I mispoke when taking about their age. They were delivered on the 16th of novemeber. I only have one other set so i wanted to get some asap and seeing as dv hasnt got back to me i ordered from IMR.On a personal level I have never had customs deny shipment. However, I do know people who have had shipments denied, and they were left on the hook to pay for shipping despite they never received the product. I suspect this will be dependent on the retailer and what terms and conditions they have set forth. You may also want to check what insurances your credit card has. It’s possible something like this is covered.
Not saying this happens all the time but it does happen. As mentioned Dashvapes sources their cells from IMR, so we can assume IMR knows the proper shipping requirements. I brought this up to make you aware that it does happen and allow you to evaluate your own risks.
Personally I trust the cells from Dashvapes and feel no need to purchase my cells elsewhere - which if buying from the states can be almost double the cost once conversion, shipping and any duties are factored in. We do not know why your cells are failing. It might have been something you have unknowingly done yourself, or perhaps they are defective and took this long to reveal the defect. These cells are mass produced and are not void of defects. Something as small as a hair can cause one of these cells to fail prematurely.
Came to 60$ CAD for 29$ for shipping and 4 cells at 3.99$. Or 4x 13.99 plus tax is 63 and changeHow many did you purchase? For 2 Samsung 25R, with the cheapest shipping option it is $36 US = $48 CAN
