Praise for Heaven Gifts

Hello fellow Aussies,

[Well technically not, I'm American, who moved to Sydney with my Australian girlfriend four months ago...]

I have seen a few posts on this sub-forum asking for supplier advice. I placed my first ever e-cigarette order from heaven-gifts.com on the 21st of February, and received my order on the 1st of March. The Heaven-Gifts website said there might be delays, because from the 8th-21st of Feb. they were on vacation for Chinese New Year. I expected a huge delay, and had read several people talk about customs going through their orders. My order was untouched by customs, and arrived at my door before the quoted "7-10 business days."

I just wanted to write a positive review for them, since they got my order correct and had crazy fast processing and shipping to me.

HG is one of my most favorite vendors. During 'regular' times I get their stuff in 4 to 5 days. I've done enough business there to have accumulated discount points to where any bulk buys are always from HG and since bulk buys aren't immediately necessary I do the longer shipping and save even more money that way. I've returned items - ruyan cigar and some batteries for warranty with a good exchange and no problems. All the joye attys are my best and consistent producers. And my wife and I enjoy the Hilton and RY4 flavors there. Kent flavor is good too. Wayne is usually accessible if needed.
