I hope this doesn't come across sounding wrong, but have you tried getting the empty 510 cartos and filling them? I bought some at LF and it's really super easy just to drop some juice in there until it's pretty soaked. I got the Boge 510 2ohm ones and they work great. They come in a 5 pack, and I'm lazy about cleaning them, so for now I've just been kind of keeping them separated flavor-wise (like one for fruity stuff, one for menthol, etc). When it starts to dry out, I just pop the top off with my paper clip and drop some more juice in. It's probably a lot cheaper and you'll definitely get more selection!
