Where is a good place to get these that has a good variety? I can clean and fill these, but may not always be able to keep up with it. Thanks.

That is a simple question with a complicated answer. The obvious response is Vapor4Life.com. They have a ton of flavors and are probably the "gateway" vendor for the KR808. If you go there this weekend they have a 25% Sale on Everything with the code "TriplePlay".
I, however, have not had good experience with their cartomizers though I hear really good things about their Wowboy and Peppermint juices. If you can find them in stock.
I only order my prefilled cartomizers from Bloog but they have a small selection of high quality flavors (YMMV). I refill these cartos, once used, 15 to 20 times before I dispose of them. It is an all around good deal for me even though I know I am missing out on the variety of prefills available elsewhere. It is much cheaper in the long run to buy your juice and refill.
I should point out the performance I experienced with Vapor4Life cartos were on a Bloog battery and a Bloog passthrough. Maybe you will have a better experience with your battery of choice.
