For those following my posts here on the nub forum I am currently winning the war against my e cig lol.

Well to say the least i'm getting sick of having to waste about a half hour a week filling my cart with poly.

Is there any place where I can buy the poly fill thats already made for a 510 cart so I can just throw it into my cart??

While I am by no means a seasoned vet here, I have read a lot of the information on this site, visited a ton of websites etc. During all of this, I have not seen pre cut polyfill anywhere, just bulk.

What I have seen is a few sites selling carts with the PTB mod in 3 packs for like 5 dollars.

Empty carts on most sites are at or near the same price as prefilled ones. You might just buy some prefilled ones, vape em a bit and then refill with your own juice.

Once you have some good ones (that dont leak) simply wash them out every few refills, dry and replace.

If this becomes more hassle than it is worth for you, consider either just buying prefilled carts and using them as a dispoable item, or a ecig with the cartomizer design for the same effect, even if you refill a cartomizer a few times and toss it out afterwards.

It might also help if during the process of fiddling with them you reflect on the money saved and health benefits you are reaping. (In the event you do want to fiddle, but are frustrated and need some ecouragement :))

I must admit.. that's an interesting and new request.

As far as "pre-cut" and ready to stick in the cart.. no, I don't have a clue.

I can give you all kinds of other alternatives... but I don't have an answer for that specific question.
i'm up for some suggestions, working with poly fill is annoying as heck

Suggestions....?

Here are a couple.. and of course, there are many more:

If you have your heart set on using traditional cartridges and refilling them in the traditional way... my experience tells me that (for some weird reason) the filler that they use on the 901 SLB carts is superior to the stuff that you get in almost any of the 510 carts. No, I don't know why. But I do know that you can get the 901 whistle tips (empty) from VaporKings for about 50 cents a piece. You could get some of them. Refill them for a week.. and then just pitch the whole deal.

You can of course try PTB or Fluval. People have had good to great success with those fillers.. and you may find them easier to work with than the standard poly.

But here's my best suggestion (for this week anyway!): look for Kristin's (a fellow Wisco) thread on the plugged straw mod. It is an offshoot of the ADM thread. It uses a simple soda straw capped with a small plug of Scotch Brite material. It simply works better than anything that I have seen so far and you literally suck a cart completely dry... I mean dry.. like you look down into the cart and there is nothing there at all. Once you cut it to shape the little Scotch Brite plug holds its shape and is easy to work with. I can't tell you for sure how long it will last before it needs to be thrown out.. but when that time comes I believe you'd rather work with the green pad than the standard poly.

So there are some ideas. I may have more... dunno.

P.S. Here's Kristin's thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/46916-reservoir-straw-plug-mod-rsp-mod.html

Scotch Brite is a scrubbing or polishing pad made by 3M. You can get it at almost any hardware store.. and other places. It comes in many different grades, densities and levels of "coarseness". It is made out of a synthetic fiber.

It has been discovered that if you use the "right" Scotch Brite pad (I believe the 96 pad is the gem at this point)... you can get an excellent top "plug" for the spring mod (ADP) or the vertical-straw-in-lieu-of-the-spring mod (VSILOTS) ;-)

Highly recommended.
