whats the difference in a faery and a fairy? besides the spelling

yeah, mostly the spelling. Commonly today Fae or Faery is used to denote serious faery... like in the old Ireland (I be from there,lol) and fairy is mostly used for the sweet, childlike fairy, like fairy tales.
