Hello ELA fans, just wanted to ask if anyone has pushed the ELA too the max? Meaning, I was curious how the ELA performed under sub ohm builds? Whats the lowest? or Is the ELA not meant for it? Any answers will be helpful! thanks everyone!

I'm sure there are many people much more qualified to comment but I'll give it a quick shot. If I recollect from the first ELA thread which was closed because it reached the number limit, some users reported hot button issues and arcing under more extreme conditions. One suggested remedy was to use a beefier spring or intertwine two springs. At the time I had no experience and didn't pay much attention, maybe a search could dig the posts up.
The new tweaks to the ELA may make it more sub-ohm friendly, time will tell. I specifically bought some sub-ohm atomizers and learned a bit of the craft so I'll be able to comment more intelligently.
Yesterday I received the new ELA and vaped a .4 ohm double for half the day with no issues and excellent comfort. But that's just half a day and just silly old me.

How low do you like to go?

David, I was thinking...you know what would be real cool is if you made a 20x1 threaded inner tube for the ELA.

Yes, this is normal, most likely label was printed and ELA is still being "finished" and not actually on its way yet. Send Super T an email, just to make sure.

So I'm cheating a little. I took one of my solid tops. the flower one to a local machinist and am converting it to a hybrid connector for my Heron

My Schafer switch will be here tomorrow, and if SuperT builds a Sat style ELA switch I am in for one too
