Seeing as how David only started this list to get a gauge on how many people would be interested in a flat locking ELA button....and based on the numbers on the list thus far, I think that it's safe to say that David should just make a whole bunch of them!!!

I should mention, this isn't like the Simplicity Locking button, with a locking ring that spins. Since this will be a slightly recessed button, the locking mechanism will still be a bit tricky, but it will lock. With the button slightly recessed and the flat end cap though, you can stand it upright, no wobbling and no firing of the button at all, even without locking.

We'll broke me from my situation. Thank you for being so honest. I've had 0 problems standing ELA on end. And I'm using a KFL

eternalsurf, I doubt there will be any more of those brass bodies. There were only a few to begin with, made while David was still playing around with his new machine and proving out programs

I had a feeling that the list was just to get an idea of how many were needed. This means as everything else, it will be a free for all pre-order.

I look forward to seeing how this turns out, sounds amazing!

Brother I, hence my earlier post. My list issues. I really long for success on the list but, not feeling it. As I am on it, many that did not know about it, show up and buy. Some of us will not have the opportunity that were privy.
And, honestly I choose not to F5 for anything.
I do however understand the logistical issues from David's perspective so don't think hastily about me. I would love to have the opportunity to prepay until a week prior to the cnc set up or start of production. I see that as accurate and a % can be made for store sales and potential warranty issues. I just suck on lists.
