Heh. I used to hang out on ecf chat but I got banned for violating some arbitrary unpublished rule that they themselves ignore. The admins there are useless, controlling, condescending, and have double standards. Attempts to plead my case have been ignored, and summary judgment was passed without debate. They aren't even capable of properly administering an IRC server, relying on channel-by-channel bans rather than k-lines. Ecf chat has no redeeming qualities.

One wonders what sort of credentials elevated the current irc sovereignty to their positions of power? Obviously not experience or ability. I'd guess cronyism of some sort.

I've had the same experience (double standards - do as I say, not as I do), some chat rooms are run by ...... - but not much you can do about it.

I've never been to ECF chat. Figured I knew what it would be like, appears so. I was never really into chat anyway, can move so fast you have to stay glued.

What I wish with all my heart is for an nntp ecig related group, even whole hierarchy. I used to run an nntp server, newsgroups are SO MUCH BETTER than these web forums. I'd run one right now but people these days don't understand newsgroups, Usenet, nntp. Pity.

The last items I felt guilty buying was my HOT TOys "War Machine" and their "Sweeney Todd" figures. Talk about guilty pleasures. At 150.00 + each for a 12" action figure? But they are so beautiful.

Wow, those are the most realistic models I've ever seen.

Agreed. I miss my Usenet from the days before the "web".

LOL, how many gals say they have both Johnny and Robert hanging around their bedroom at all times:)They are fully articulated, home with different heads and 3 pairs of hands etc. Johnnys kit came with his barber chair, full set of razors, and so many tiny accessories. They are amazing. Some HOT TOys have eyes that you can move. The Batmobile was at scale to go with the 12" so its giant, and when it came out I think it was 300.00 well now if you can find one , last I heard it was over a 1500.00 . They are the Caravellas and Chi Yous of the action figure world. We are happy to have at home Iron Man, War Machine, Sweeney Todd, Batman (Christian Bale). Most are my sons, but Johnny and John Cheadle are mine.

Just realized I had posted Iron Mans pict instead of War Machine.

I don't miss OS/VS COBOL from the days before the 'web'. USENET was only better because the signal to noise was lower, as early adopters tended to be technical. Are you reaching the 'get off my lawn' phase of your life? ;) We should probably stand up a channel on one of the IRC networks for people to come chat that isn't moderated by the ECF forum moderators. I suggest freenode ( https://webchat.freenode.net/ for webchat), #vape for the channel.

I can't wait to get my ELA's so I can meet up with you Ana you seem like a fun person to be around. Your house must be full of amazing things to take in.

I know I'm not into what matches best with what finish etc... but i'm all about how it performs....

here's my satin/brass ELA hanging with the gang tonight... (Art of Exhale collection was the theme). On any day probably the Hydra genesis would be on ELA... or the Gryphon. (two high performance attys with a high performance device).

Love my AoE ... SuperT contoured drip tips polished and satin on ELA... i have a shorty but it gets hot

Hmmm, the Dark Night vehicles in the HOT TOYS brand is going to be hard to find and hard on the wallet, like I said its big and lights up, etc and the scale is going to match the size of the 12" Batman.

If your are wanting vehicles from the standard batman (Mattel) figures, 6" ones from the 80s then EBay is a good place to start.

Oh, no. Newsgroups will always be better than these web abominations. Faster, friendlier, uglier on the surface but prettier on the inside. Usenet's alive and well but still populated by the old guard. New folks haven't a clue what they're missing.

I know I am panic buying.

I choose to not call it panic buying ...

Got a Kiklet because I know I might want to play around with regulation some day.
Got an extension tube because it will add a little more strength to the tube assembly, strength is a good thing.
Got a Tanbur T-Tip because it looks cool, cool is very important in our social circles.

In other words, we have the ability to rationalize and justify our actions to combat guilt, so use it and be happy :)

Crown vs. Kick
I've been to the thread on this http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/apv-discussion/422704-crown-vs-kick.html which is pretty dead these days. It seems to me if you boil it all down the Crown offers more yet the consensus here seems to be the Kick? Forgetting about the rumored Kick V2 that might come out, just curious why the current Kick seems to be the regulation of choice, even with the Crown 2.0 with VV & VW?

I use Kicks when I have the urge. I also have a couple of the Kick clones. They work and suit my needs. As such, I don't have any reason to switch or try the Crown, which appears to be an excellent device.
