Vaped one 18mg cool rush cartomizer from 6:30am to 6pm yesterday before it was empty. Popped on a fresh 18mg cool rush cartomizer this morning @ 6:30am just like yesterday. The first pull tasted weak, second pull same thing, third pull I'm like wtf!!!! Now it taste like it's empty. I had four in the past that only lasted me a few hours but it's the norm for me to get a full day outta one prefilled cartomizer. I'm wondering if the machine that fills them ran out at the start of filling and someone just capped it, refilled the machine and moved on to a new cartomizer.
Kinda sucks because I'm going outta town for the weekend and don't want to be bothered with filling carto's. The refill doesn't last all day for me like the prefilled. A five pack should've been good for the whole weekend but now I'm not sure if I got a 5pack of duds.

Keep,

It does happen from time to time, but since we cannot open the carto's to check them out before hand I cannot stop a single one in a box. The machine fills and seals these without people looking in them so put a note on your next order about getting the dud and we'll toss in another one for you. Sorry about the issue, but I would rather have the safety measure in place, of total sanitation than not.

Rob, thanks for the quick reply & for offering a replacement of the dud on my next order, which I didn't really think of or was looking for but I will gladly accept. I knew it had to be something with the machine & was just wondering the ratio of duds, is it like something like 1 out of 1,000?
Next order, I will get an extra pack just in case.

Again, thanks

From a manufacturing standpoint ISO standards a 1.5% rejection rate is acceptable. Our guideline/contract with our supplier is .5% which would be 1 allowable dud for every 200 good units. So in your situation of 1000, it would be 5 allowable dud units.

In our sampling we're a little higher overall, mechanically though, (does the thing spark and work) we are at the .5%. The flavoring pushes that up to around .75% . We're working on making it better.
