NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO this is not a thread asking whats the difference or what you like better.... we have enough of those. I just ordered a supply of Premium packs and They are all marked as Premium on the receipt.

Anyway when i get Premium stuff in i'm use to the carts being different, It kinda told me that they were premes. But this time the carts are all different

Am i correct in assuming that the juice is premium? I'm afraid im going to mix them up with my normal carts lol i heard they were going to go to the soft caps but i thought they were keeping the same Preme style of cart just with the caps off the Normal ones.

Is there a difference other than the juice now?

maybe im wrong? did i get normal? Ive been working 21hrs straight and still have 7 to go and ive been vaping like mad so im kinda crazy right now lol. I would love some answers to this puzzle :)

i'm a little confused about what you're asking... there are two types of premiums right now, hard cap and soft cap (eventually they'll all be soft capped, but not yet.)

Do we have a time table of when the hard caps are going to be changed? My 555's are the hard caps, and I love the taste, but I don't get those warning tastes that they are about to burn. I just burnt one and the puff right before was great, as usual, but the next was like sucking in burnt tar.

Well i had always gotten one type of preme Cart (the hard caps) and i figured it would be the same design with just a softer top. I didn't think that they would look like the normal carts.

I was asking because i ordered empty "Premium carts" and i am curious now what the difference is :)

The only way I can tell the difference to date (due to the variety of prem carts I've received) is if the old condom with the plug does not fit and if the cart is a fraction longer they are prems.

The picture of what im holding are of the OLD prem and the new PREM. and those differences you are talking about are gone. Thats what i was asking. The new prems just look like the Normal ones.

They have the same make on the outside and are no longer different in size.

The taste is notably different but they look just like the normals.

Okay, now I get ya. I'll pm ya when I get the new-new ones, probably by Monday or Tuesday and see if I get the style you are holding up on my right, your left. Right now all of my prems have the screwdriver battery hole look like the other one you are holding up.

Weren't some of the prems normal size with soft caps and some were longer with hard caps? I am really confused now! But even if they went to a different carto..why would the juice be different? I was under the impression the juice was from one place the cartos from another.

Maybe the new-new prem carts are even better aobut making the flavor pop than the first batch and that may effect the liquid. Again, this is all a theory. Hopefully Leaford can chime in on this one.

Will be posting a video shortly to try to explain this Cluster bomb of a question i have been talking about... I was in the middle of a 28hr shift when i posted the question and i was probably not as clear as i wanted to be.

In no way am i questioning the quality of V4L products and there is nothing but positive things that i can say about their products~ Please do not take any question as a question of quality. it is more just a question for better understanding.

Thank you,

yah, that's the thing--the soft capped ones have always looked pretty much like the normals, it was only the hardcaps that were taller, to start with. the softcaps, which came out at the same time, have always (other than the soft cap and the difference in the actual performance) resembled the standard cartos. the prefilled the softcaps are just like the blanks. two different manufacturers made the soft cap prems vs. the hard cap prems.

It seems you have succinctly explained the differences between the premiums.

The way that I understand it, the soft tops were manufactured at the same factory as the originals. The biggest difference is the wire that's used to heat the liquid. It vapes hotter than the originals which is why the juice doesn't seem to last as long. The air holes are smaller than the originals as well.

The hard cap cartos, I believe, were manufactured by a different company. They are a tad bit longer and skinnier, have smaller air holes and come with the smaller .... plugs. Of course, the caps were glued in as well.

The Juice in all of these were manufactured with V4L's recipies.

If I understand Steve and Leafords comments from other posts correctly, both companies will be manufacturing cartos for them but going forward they will be more standardized with the smaller air inlets and soft caps.

I'm not sure if the dimensions will be the same but I think that could be a good thing for troubleshooting. Having some easily distinguishable characteristics will make it easier to track down which plant may have any future quality issues.

Now that I have reread Puff's Belle's post, I think she said it a bit more succinctly that I did.
