So I just got my refill catridges for my Premium e-cig that I bought at the local smoke shop. I ordered thru their estore because the store didn't carry a nicotine stregnth I wanted. I got them today, and they were threaded too wide for the battery I have. I was dissapointed.... but I called them and spoke w/ Pamela in customer service, she was great. She explained that I have a "Mini Pack" which is only available in stores and that I would be able to get the cartridges thru customer service or @ a store but not from their website. She is sending them to me now and also waived the $2 price difference and is sending me a return label. I was really surprised @ the customer service because to be honest, I was nervous about getting some foreign rep who says "too bad so sad no can help".

Of course now this means I may have to deal w/ menthols from the store for another few days because these cartidges were to last me while i wait for my eGo but I am happy so I will live. Premium may not be the best brand out there, but for a brand that sells a starter kit @ $20 at a little smoke shop, I will have no issues going back thru them for cartridges for my backup ecig once the eGo gets here...
