Premix different Nicotine levels......

That will work (a 24 mg/ml pre-mixed base), except that reaching 18 mg might be difficult for a recipe that has more than 25% total combined flavorings. But that is a heck of a lot of flavorings, and not many recipes would use that much (most people here seem to think that 20-25% total combined flavorings is as high as you should go, and many recipes use a lot less).
I usually don't go above 17% with flavors generally between 10-15. Thanks so much for your guidance

I make up my base in advance, and using Hotrod's calculator I just jiggle the ending nicotine strength until it works. So my current base is 22 mg/ml, and a recipe I make with 5% flavoring is set for a final strength of 20.9 mg. This only needs to be figured out once for using the same strength base. It is a little kludgy, but it works.

This only works for me because I'm not real picky about the exact final strength of my liquids, so for me it is fine that one flavor is about 20 mg, another is 18, etc. I add a little bit of pg or vg as needed to keep the measurements from being too odd. My main concern is being able to replicate the recipe, not having some exact nicotine and pg/vg level.

I have hand problems so it is important for me to be able to make up the base in large batches on good days when I feel confident about working with the 100 mg/ml nicotine. With it made up I can go from there on any day.

I suggest you mix your nic base to 50mg/ml at 50/50 pg/vg.
In other words add VG to cut your 100 mg PG nic solution with an equal amount of VG and you'll end up at 50mg/ml close enough to a 50/50 pg/vg base to use for making your e-liquids in whatever strength you wish.

You could do the 24mg for your base nic if you feel like its your preference, but imho, in any event I would NOT mix it down as straight pg nic, but rather as 50pg/50vg. Otherwise you will be stuck with some recipes that cant possibly be mixed to higher vg final ratios than the 70/30 you're currently happy with. If for example at some point you want a nice high vg juice for use in a dripper, you'll be shiz outta luck. ie: no joy.

In fact, if you were to start a 10ml bottle of juice with a target nic of 18mg using a 24mg PG nic base and add just 10% flavorings youll be hard pressed to get anywhere near even the 70/30 target ratio youre shooting for. More like stuck at 85pg/15vg because you'd only have enough room left in the bottle for 1.5 ml of VG after you add the nic and flavorings on the 10% flavor bottle of juice.

i choose to do it a super easy way for me... I got 500ml of vg and 500ml of pg (24 mg nic) and added together in a 1000ml bottle. So my mixes are between 9.5 mg and 11.4 mg, close enough for me

I just got the atlantis, and I wanted a higher vg/lower nic mix... So what i did is mixed my 50/50 12mg mix at a 2:1 ratio to come up with a 3mg 85/15 vg/pg mix taking into consideration a 15% flavor mix would be about 2.55mg nic (of course a lower flavor mix would be higher vg/nic content)
