PreOrder Extreme Errors

So preordered the ela mod with brass accent rings on 5/22/13 and I have yet to receive any confirmation email or status updates. What is more interesting is that the original account that I should have set up seemed to not exist and I have no order number or history. It is my fault that I left the issue till now but with work and the mod being a preorder I thought i'd be patient. The only thing that I can confidently confirm is that I was charged on my debit card and it is by super t manufacturing. I've sent an email to super t a couple days ago and hopefully my issue will be resolved, but it is still in the air what will happens as I have yet to hear back from them.

I am wondering if I am just the unlucky idiot and it was a mistake on my part or has anyone else had issues with there orders before? I have only heard the best of the customer service by super t manufacturing and I am confident I will either be refunded or will have my mod shipped soon.

If anyone has had problems with their order is there anything I can do to make sure my problem is resolved ASAP. Pm with any help thank you.

It can take a few days to get an email response, David is usually backed up a little, but he will get back to you. If you ordered in May, then you're in the second batch and those haven't started shipping yet (he's just approaching the end of the first batch now).
