So preordered the ela mod with brass accent rings on 5/22/13 and I have yet to receive any confirmation email or status updates. What is more interesting is that the original account that I should have set up seemed to not exist and I have no order number or history. It is my fault that I left the issue till now but with work and the mod being a preorder I thought i'd be patient. The only thing that I can confidently confirm is that I was charged on my debit card and it is by super t manufacturing. I've sent an email to super t a couple days ago and hopefully my issue will be resolved, but it is still in the air what will happens as I have yet to hear back from them.

I am wondering if I am just the unlucky idiot and it was a mistake on my part or has anyone else had issues with there orders before? I have only heard the best of the customer service by super t manufacturing and I am confident I will either be refunded or will have my mod shipped soon.

If anyone has had problems with their order is there anything I can do to make sure my problem is resolved ASAP. Pm with any help thank you.
