Bought a lot of 50mL amber glass bottles to store my nic base in after a bunch of reading in the forums.

I'm ready to start diluting the solution and putting them into the bottles...I believe I've read people cleaning out their bottles prior to use; some using plain water and air drying, everclear, >90% alcohol, etc.

I don't have any everclear on hand....I would prefer to just rinse with tap water, allow to air dry and fill 'em up.

Would this be acceptable and without risk to "contaminating" my nic base?

Since I opted in getting the smaller euro bottles (tedious and space hogging) to help ensure the nic base will be kept as "fresh" as day one for as long as possible, I don't want to skimp out on other steps that would compromise my goals.

:2c:, suggestions and your personal methods of bottle prep would be greatly appreciated.
