And also I want to add that I was using this laptop and vaping for only 3_4 months or something BUT in a room without any air purifier or even an open window!!! And actually blowing on it pretty much hahaha

Also when I saw the board of the laptop it was all covered into vape gunk a thin layer of vape gunk that didn't produce any problem to it but on the spot that the board was close to intake fan I saw humidity also that wasnt oily but it was just like water and since I know that VG and PG are hydrofriendly and the place I live has very high humidity I am pretty sure the problem multiplied by that humidity on the air and that was pulled on the vape gunk and that after a while turn into droplets of water...

Also the gunk was all over the board but the problem was with PC bootting shutting cause the spot that the humidity on the board was the spot that the power button plugs...
I mean it's till bad but vape gunk it's not easy to short your board but the humidity it draws it will...

Also I am pretty sure it won't be that easy to cause problem on a desktop PC

Soooo yeap I agree with zoidman and I just say that if u vape near your PC it's good on your regular cleaning pc fans and etc routine to add a little more time to do a fast cleanup maybe for the vape gunk so it's not that big of a deal...
Or just examine the board with a flashlight and close up to see if any spots get more covered in gunk or maybe anything like droplets of water
To see if there is spots of extreme buildup...

Well I had a new one today. Looked to the wall to the right of me and there was just huge vape droplets everywhere. Cleaned them up and started looking for more but no, they were just on that wall in that one spot. It's an interior wall so at first I was stumped and then I remembered I just opened up my ceiling supply grille to get more AC into my room. My theory is that the vape collected up in the register while I had it more closed off, then I opened it up, the AC start pumping and it sprayed whatever had collected at my wall.

Couldn't even really find any on my TV right below the grille. Couple on the power strip, I half worry that some got into it and half know that vape juice is non conductive so whatever but then again... maybe water collected with the vape. I unplugged everything and cleaned it all up I don't think any got in though.
