PRI$E drop in the NCR18650B

i have noticed a significant price drop on the venerable Panasoninc NCR18650B 6+amp

maybe its low in amps but its high in power and i see them hitting $4-$5

heres an analogy to consider...

you take a pound of gunpowder and make a really long fuse from it... or you take that same pound of gunpowder and stuff it into a rocket motor case... which do you think will have more power? which of the 2 will do more work?

actually, both are = since its still a pound of gunpowder
