And if so how do i use it and where do i get it?

You don't need it or want it. It comes on new atomizers to keep them from drying out. Burning it off tastes like poo.

Yeah, i hate breaking in new Attys.

Im glad I don't need it, I read alot of people saying "I cleaned my atty and put a little primer on" Thinking to myself "does it save money cause it tastes like crap but i love money"
