My wife and I just received our new Pro-tanks, only problem is that not my wife's Spinner it's not firing. Both tanks work fine on my Twist, but when I try and put either one on her Spinner they don't work. Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue or might have an suggestions. And as an aside, ordered some Solar Flare from MBV and absolutely love it. Thank you all in advance.

If your center pin was pushed down it will need to be raised back up. Turn the unit off so it will not fire and use something small to wiggle it up just a bit. You really don't want to pull or tug it, could pop it out. Very light pressure. Usually just a nudge left and right is all that is needed, the 'up' kinda just happens unless it was really cranked down hard.

Yes, it does sound like the center pin on her Spinner got depressed into the battery a tad. Power it off (5 fast clicks), and just wiggle it a little side to side, as mentioned.

I imagine most of us have done that to our batteries!

Many who are starting out screw the topper down really tight. NOT needed, just snug, to make the connection, is all that's needed. Don't try to actually pull it, as damage to the Spinner can result.

Using a 510 to Ego adapter may work, but you may not like the looks of it :p
