Problem! Help Please?!

I just purchased my Athena VapeSnap with a Herakles tank. Worked well for the first few days. I left for a training exercise and I had no way to charge it and with all the moving around I was afraid to get it damaged. I left it for 5 days with a full battery .Now when I try to use it, "VOLT LOW" comes on the screen. I tried to charge it and the little battery shows 2 diagonal lines through it and blinking. It isn't charging. My friend took my battery and put it into his mod. Works perfectly fine and says it is at 100%. It also make a hissing or buzzing noise when I try to charge it. Sorry if I am all over the place, just got done rucking back, pretty tired. Thanks!

howdy - and welcome!

can't find much info on that mod - may have to contact athena directly to see if that is some kind of error code and mod can be reset or if there is a board issue... supposedly the usb port does support firmware upgrades, so they may be able to give you directions on resetting? good luck, brother

Well if the battery is at 100% it might explain why it isn't charging but blinking. Did you try and put your friends tank on your mod to see if that works? Just to rule out any tank/coil issues.

Did you try switching modes as well? You can set it to mech mode if I'm not mistaken.
