Hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. I just got the 24k gold AFC for one of the four Cyclones I run. I can not turn this damn thing for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hold onto the center and rotate the top, the center section does not rotate. It does come apart maybe the o ring are sticky.
Holy crap it actually seperates? I have just been running the whole top cap under running water and spinning the AFC to clean it....looks like I need to get some more Can `o Man at the store on my way home!

Haha I was so frustrated with mine at first too! I was SURE that it was beat. Who knew that you had to grab it by the top to rotate? All of my other AFC attys rotated right at the airholes.
I knew you had to grab the top to rotate. I ended up CAREFULLY sticking feeler gauges in the seam until I got it spread enough to get in the lip the small opening made and CAREFULLY separate them. I keep saying carefully because it is gold plated. Alas I got it. I used a drop of juice to lubricate the o-rings so it turns a little easier. What do you guys and gals (who are lucky enough to have one) use in there?
Unflavored nic base at 6mg is my preferred lubricant for any of the vape gear O-rings... for all you dirty minded folks, I am a US Marine so for everything else I just rub dirt on it..

Sorry for all the e-liquid bottles in my picture above, I had just gotten home from the local B&M for a run, they had a standard cyclone in the case but I just ordered one this past weekend. When I asked about it the woman behind the counter said, "Oh yeah, I just put that out. It was in a box in a drawer under some pipettes for the taste bar"
Makes you wonder if there are any BF AFC Cyclones unaccounted for out there...
Since your AFC is the Gold Plated version, there is a seam on the inside of the AFC (not the lip where it sits on the base) that you can use a few drops of e-liquid to free up the two sections and allow the AFC to spin more easily. HTTH Ray
e juice works, for everything else that has o rings, like my tactical flashlights I use silicone grease on o rings.
