Problem with my Kanger T3S

So lately, a few days ago to be exact I noticed a problem with my t3s tank connection to my vv ego battery. If I try to screw it on completely to make a flush fit. my battery will flash and not allow me to vape. Only when I unscrew it a little bit off the battery will than proceed to work. However this is becoming a hassle because it will sometimes dislodge from the battery all together. I did notice on the bottom of the t3s head, that the white o ring has a little bulge off the metal. Would this be the issue, and is their any fix to this problem or should I just buy a new head? Just looking for a fix because I been recently getting into rebuilding my wicks to save money. Any feedback is welcomed, thanks!

I did just have a problem where the center pin on my iTaste was pushed down and it wasn't making connection to the tank. Take a look at this link. It might help.

Have you tried another tank? Is it still doing the same thing? At least you can narrow it down to the tank or the mod itself. Personally, I'm not a fan of Kanger's. I've had issues with them leaking a lot. If you want to switch to something similar for the same price I would look into the Aspire tanks.

Its odd because the tank works fine on my original 900mah battery, and this vv is having problems with it now.

If this bulge is really small - it is ok, I have it on my t3s too. It is excess of coil wire. But I assume that if it long enough, it can short the battery contacts. May be you can try to cut it?

P.S. You can easily rebuild t3s coil.

Unfortunately it didn't work, the center pin just keeps dropping all the way down. My conclusion is that the problem would have to be with the center pin on my vv. Now I wander If I could remove my ego 900 mah pin casing and replace it onto my VV.
