Howdy all, hopefully someone can help me out..
Recently I purchased a Smok XPro m45 (m36 with upgraded chip to 45w) & a Kanger SubTank Mini. The problem I have that seems to be reoccurring is: For some reason there seems to be a connection issue between the tank and the box. First off it doesnt screw down all the way (there is a minimal gap) and it seems that the XPro spring screw inside (that the tank connects to) is too low. I raised it with a turn of the screw, and then it works, but when I unscrew the tank to refill it then put it back on the problem happens again. I cant count the times I get to see it say "check atomizer". I know that it isnt the SubTank because when it happens, I screw it onto another battery and it works fine
For me to have it working, I have to have the SubTank on rather loose. So loose that when I try and adjust the airflow the tank turns.
So I really need a fix for this.
So I guess my questions are...
1. Is this happening to anyone else or could this be just a faulty XPro that I got that I should be looking to return? (Dont even know if I can)
2. Is there a way for me to fix this on my XPro so I don't have to use a screwdriver to loosen that screw each time I fill the tank
Thanks in advance for any help/advise you guys can give me...
