So a week ago or so I ordered a couple of atomizers and some juice from litecig, now I love litecig, Shawn has only done me wrong once (it was another LR atomizer actually), but I never mentioned it to him or anyone because in that same order he sent me a whole 905 body when I asked him (and several other vendors who never replied) if he had a spare button or top cap because my button had fallen out. Since he had just gone out of the way to send me a 905 when I didnt even buy the orginal from him I just let it slide because really who wouldn't.
Now the main thing I was looking forward to in my order was the LR atomizers, I saw that the "premium" ones where the same price whether they were LR or regular and decided to buy 3 of those. Well I have been a high volt vapor for the last few months so when I went down to the LR I thought it was just me used to the higher voltage. Today when I woke up I screwed on the LR atomizer and puffed away, then in horror I realized I was still at 6 volts.
The crazy thing was, it was still working. It wasn't burning horribly or just popping, so I thought to myself it must be a normal resistance atomizer. I was heading into chemistry class and we happened to be using multimeter today. So I measured the ohms and got 2.5 ohms. Now that reading could be incorrect because as we did our experiment the whole class experienced problems with the meters. While that reading might not be accurate just from the fact that I can use all three atomizers at 6 volts without them breaking or burning leads me to think they are all normal resistance.
I love litecigs prices and shawn is great but this is the second time I've gotten normal resistance atomizers when I ordered low resistance
. This time both types were the same price and I will still use them, I just intended to give some of them to friends who use basic 510s so they could experience what a higher volt vape is like. I am also wondering has anyone experienced this from shawn? I am guessing it was just human error and either the atomizers Shawn received were all normal resistance, or I was unlucky enough to get atomizers pulled from the wrong container when Shawn was putting together my package.
TL;DR: Have you ordered the new Premium LR atomizers from LiteCig and gotten normal resistance ones?
Even with this experience I will still come back to Litecig for anything I need that they offer, but I might think twice about ordering LR atomizers.
