Got my order on Friday. Because I work late I couldn't use my SS Vamo till Sat. morning. Gotta charge them batterys. Went to put in the 18650 and was having trouble getting the cap back on.
So I looked at it and saw that the cap was double threaded. This was making it want to cross thread if it wasn't just right. Looked at all of the other theards. The inside of the extension was a little doubled but not causeing a problem and the rest were fine. The cap was the only problem to me.
I emailed RickM with afew close up pics of the cap. Within 2hrs he emailed back asking of the cap was all I needed. Replyed that yes the cap would fix it. Later I get email saying part was shipped.
Now that's service and on a weekend no less! Just had to let others know of they're great service and how quick they are.
