Problem with Vaporrenu e-liquids

I've been poking around looking for a good supplier, and I saw more than one recommendation for Vaporrenu. After perusing their selection, I got a 30ml 16mg bottle of butterscotch (double flavor, aggressive throat hit) and wintergreen (same). All I can say is... are they SUPPOSED to be this terrible?

Practically NO vapor (I know, increased throat hit = less vapor, but this is ridiculous) and the flavor is barely detectable. Do I have to let this stuff sit for a few weeks or something?

I bought three bottles (white chocolate, caramel candy, strawberry cheesecake) from Vaporrenu a couple of months ago because of reading reviews too. 30 ml 24nic smooth hit.

Let them steep 4 weeks because they had a very slight flavor taste of what they were supposed to be, but a very buttery after taste.

After steeping the "labeled" flavors did get more pronounced, but that buttery after taste was there even stronger.

Decent vapor I suppose, didn't take more than a few inhales of each before deciding pretty much yuck for me both times. If I want butter I have some in my fridge. Plus strawberry butter is not a great combo, take it from me.

Taste is subjective I know. At least they were a cheaper experiment than most failed juice attempts I have made. Steeping couldn't hurt as long as you are not getting the buttery blues like I did.

Taste is so subjective. Actually, Vaporrenu is one of my favorite juice vendors. I love their Blueberry Waffle and several others. Two of my other favorites from them is Creamberry and Swedish Fish. I've ordered them several times and simply love them. I get the double flavor, VR blend, and moderate TH.

This is exactly why I got into DIY so heavily. I tried many juice Supplier and one persons favorite is another persons polished turd. At least with DIY the only one you can be ...... at is yourself. I have found that most of my juices are better than the stuff I was buying anyway and now I can make whatever I can dream up.

I love their Cinny Red hots,dbl flavor,80/20,strong TH.Its one of my favs.No buttery taste.Just yummy.

Try Kick Bass Vapor. I enjoy every one of the flavors I have ordered and their flavors are abslolutely true. If you want lots of vapor stick with their 40percent vg mix. If you require a nice throat hit, you are going to have to sacrifice vapor, and order 80percent pg

Trinexx, I'd be disappointed too. The longest I can bear to let anything steep is a week. I don't have patience for a longer period. VaporRenu uses and sells the same flavorings as most sites. Have you tried these before?

I order double flavor (like you did) with 60/40 (PG/VG), 24mg, aggressive throat hit and have great vapor production. Jason has always responded quickly when I've had questions. Email them from the link and let them know. Maybe you got a bad batch or something.

I have tried at least 20 different flavors from VaporRenu and love each and every one of them. Bourbon is great, beer is better, and the coffee flavors are killer. Never been disappointed yet.

I order from Vaporrenu often. Some of the flavors I like, some I don't.
Some I love enough to order pints ;-)
Jason is very kind and patient and will help you if you let him know what the problem is.

You are definitely not alone, you have my sympathy.
I too was attracted to VaporRenu juice by the glowing recommendations here on ECF.
I was especially hoping that this supplier's juice would work for me because their prices are very good compared to most vendors.
I bought 4 - 30ml bottles that are pretty much worthless to me.
Here are the results of my experience, some good, some not so good:
East Coast 2BackO and Re(4)nu.
36mg - 55pg/35vg/10FlavorEnhancer+DoubleShotFlavor+AggressiveThroatHit
Price - very good
Shipping - fast
Jason - I'm sure he is very nice
Throat Hit - forget about it, absolutely none
Flavor - had to puff like a fiend to barely taste it
Nicotine - I wouldn't be surprised to find out that it didn't have any nicotine, it sure had me wanting to smoke a cigarette
Vapor - moot point, if I'm not getting any of the other stuff then I don't care about vapor production

Of course, all of this is subjective.
There are vendors out there that make juice with detectable throat hit, satisfying nic levels, respectable vapor production and flavor that you don't have to work at to taste. But regrettably, in my opinion VaporRenu is not one of them.
You will eventually find juices that you will like, so just keep trying different vendors until you do.

Swedish fish is the only one I found from VR I liked and, it did not change much from steeping. The tobacco flavors have such a bad after smell, I had to stop using them for my coworkers sake. I too wonder if there is nic in them. Never seem to get my fix with them? Might just be because I am looking for a throat hit?

I got Banana Nutbread, Mt Dew, and Swedish Fish form VeporRenu 3 months ago. At first they are all weak and have that buttery chemical taste. I let them sit for 2 months and they flavors came out and the chemical taste is gone. Banana Nutbread taste soo much better and it's now my top fav.Mt Dew didnt change much but it's ok. However I didnt like Swedish fish when i first got them and now i simply just hate it. It actually got a hint of raw fish, kinda yucky.

After steeping for nearly 3 months, the liquid is still awful. Throwing it in the trash now.

Mine have also been sitting for months and I have decided YUCK. I keep trying them and they have never gotten any better. I just made a large order with my favorite company to replace all my stash I have to throw out because the are still nasty.

I'm in the same boat.

I think I'll follow your leads and just make room in my juice box for something that I can vape without having to kick myself in the ... for vaping it. It's just the right thing to do!!!
