Problems ordering from Juicy Vapor?

Hey guys, I have been trying to order some ecto plasma from Juicy vapor for the past couple of days, I REALLY WANT TO TRY THIS juice!, but for some reason I cannot get my card to go through. I have ordered from several other vendors with no problems, money is there, card is valid, so I have no clue what's going on. Anyone else have this problem? Is there anywhere else I can get this juice? I am really hoping to try this flavor soon.
